Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with staffing, hiring and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; promote development and advancement.
• Manage P&L, sales, and shrink within department.
• Provide strong customer service and Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings.
