Meijer is seeking an experienced store leader to guide day-to-day operations across departments, mentor staff, and drive customer-focused performance. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes developing team members, implementing Meijer initiatives, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail management and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store (meat, bakery, produce, deli) helpful.
• Ability to communicate goals clearly to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and identify root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to analyze financial information to inform decisions.
• Ability to teach and model suggestive selling.
• Experience mentoring team members including hourly staff and SDITs.
• Completion of required certifications.
