Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Supervisor in our Glendale, CO area to assist with scheduling and supervising the Stock Crew and to support department flow. You will oversee displays, train Team Members, and help maintain high standards of retail execution while upholding health and safety regulations.

You will collaborate with Team Leader and Associate Team Leader to resolve issues, monitor inventory and productivity, and ensure a positive, customer-focused environment during all shifts,

Qualifications

• Supervises the Stock Crew and trains team members.
• Maintains organization and safety in the department.
• Ensures compliance with health and food safety regulations.
• Communicates with leadership and team members effectively.
• Knows product and process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to the stocking team.
• Coordinates with leadership to address team issues.
• Responds to customer and team needs promptly.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of shift.
• Trains, mentors, and motivates team members.
• Opens and closes the department per procedures.
• Maintains high standards of retail execution.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
