Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervising the Stock Crew, ensuring smooth department operations and high retail execution.

The role supports team leaders and training, maintaining displays, and adhering to health, safety, and SOPs. The position requires retail experience (12+ months), ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assists in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Establishes and maintains a positive work environment that supports high Team Member morale.
• Completes inventory management processes, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assists in tracking the productivity of the stocking crew.
