Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks for the department.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Responds to customer and team member needs.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of the shift.
• Trains team members using provided checklists and materials.
• Maintains positive work environment and high morale.
• Completes inventory and related worksheets as required.
• Tracks productivity of the stocking crew.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and respect.
