Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Resolves team concerns or issues with leadership.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of the shift.
• Assists in training using provided checklists and materials.
• Maintains a positive work environment and high morale.
• Completes inventory management, spoilage, sampling, temperature docs.
• Tracks stocking crew productivity.
• Opens/closes department per procedures.
• Sets high retail execution standards.
