You will train and mentor Team Members, collaborate with Team Leaders, perform inventory and safety duties, respond to customer needs, and uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of retail execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Responds to customer and team member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assists in training as delegated by Team Leader using training materials.
• Establishes a positive work environment supporting high morale.
• Completes inventory management tasks and related worksheets.
• Tracks stocking crew productivity and performance.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Maintains high retail execution standards.
