Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor in Fremont, CA to assist the scheduling and supervision of the Stock Crew. You will support Team Leaders and Order Writers to maintain smooth department operations and execute displays to high standards.

You will lead training efforts, manage inventory processes, and foster a positive, compliant work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the shift.
• Assists in training using checklists and materials.
• Maintains a positive work environment and high morale.
• Completes inventory management and related worksheets.
• Tracks stocking crew productivity with case counts.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets high standards for retail execution and customer satisfaction.
• Promotes teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Directs Team Members to meet customer needs and questions efficiently.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Delivers timely performance evaluations.
