Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist with scheduling and supervise daily department operations. You will support Team Leaders, ensure courteous, friendly service, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining strong store displays.

Responsibilities include directing tasks, training teammates, managing stocking activities, and maintaining compelling displays while fostering a high-morale team environment and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to teach others in a constructive manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Responds to customer and Team Member needs and concerns.
• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the scheduled shift.
• Assists in training as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Establishes and maintains a positive work environment that supports high Team Member morale.
• Completes inventory management processes, spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists in tracking productivity of stocking crew using case count tracker.
• Opens and closes department according to established procedures.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork, mutual respect, and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to delight customers.
