Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Stock Crew Supervisor to assist the Team Leader and oversee daily departmental operations, including scheduling, supervision, and ensuring strong product displays. You will support training, inventory tasks, and customer service standards to maintain a positive shopping environment.

This role requires at least 12 months of retail experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Assists in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of the shift.
• Trains as delegated by Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Maintains positive work environment and high morale.
• Completes inventory management and related worksheets.
• Monitors productivity of stocking crew.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets high standards of retail execution.
• Encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
• Assists customers and directs team members to satisfy needs.
