Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; manage performance.
• Review historical data to predict sales and manage inventory and ordering.
• Monitor P&L, sales, shrink and labor; report to upper management.
