Responsabilidades

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; disciplines and resolves problems.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to ensure in-stock levels; reviews P&L, sales, shrink and labor data; summarizes issues to upper management.
• Oversees pricing, signage, backroom organization, and backdoor security; ensures store conditions meet company standards.
• Develops strategies for loss prevention and shrink reduction; plans short-term objectives aligned with banner strategies.
• Maintains safe, clean store environment and delivers exemplary customer service.
