Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Department Manager to lead the grocery department, drive sales and profits, and ensure quality and safety standards. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold Brookshire’s customer service expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school Diploma or GED required; two+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage department sales and profits using acceptable business practices.
• Provide leadership of department personnel and supervise daily operations.
• Maintain product levels and ensure quality control per Brookshire Grocery Company standards.
• Ensure proper product display and adherence to food safety standards.
• Lead inventory management and staff scheduling; train and develop partners.
