Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and higher education.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance, rewards, and disciplines partners.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Directs store operations and manages operating expenses to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales, shrink, gross margin, and net profit.
• Displays exemplary customer service and acts as a role model for partners; greets customers and responds to questions/complaints.
• Conducts store inspections and ensures store conditions adhere to Company standards.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment.
