Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required; two or more years of related experience.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required where applicable.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Managing inventory to ensure satisfactory in-stock levels.
• Maintaining product quality, safety standards and customer service.
• Opening/closing the store and ensuring staff coverage.
