You will supervise staff across departments, implement merchandising plans, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role requires strong leadership, training capability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations while maintaining cost controls and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable.
• AML certification within 2 weeks where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance.
• Reviews training needs and ensures effective training of partners within departments.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manages inventory levels.
• Oversees pricing, planograms, and backroom organization to maximize sales.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness and customer engagement, reporting issues to upper management.
