Sprouts Farmers Market in Cheyenne, WY is hiring a Grocery Manager to lead multiple departments including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine. You will drive sales, ensure product freshness, manage scheduling, and coach a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for healthy living. You will partner with store leadership to optimize operations, control costs, and maintain safety

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience within a multi-department operation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a multi-department retail setting.
• Knowledge of inventory, loss prevention, and safety standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine.
• Monitor product freshness, rotation, and date controls.
• Control costs by managing labor and reducing shrink.
• Prepare store for physical inventory counts.
• Oversee unloading of trucks and verify deliveries.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, back-room inventory, and department safety.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring decisions.
• Address Team Member concerns and take corrective actions.
• Create and adjust schedules to maximize productivity.
• Communicate standards, policies, and product knowledge.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and service.
• Act as Key Carrier or MOD as needed.
