Qualifications

• At least 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in a multi-department operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward customers.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate staff and analyze performance data.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Food Safety certification and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine.
• Ensure product freshness, proper rotation, and date controls.
• Control labor costs and shrink; manage schedules and staffing levels.
• Assist in store inventory prep and truck deliveries verification.
• Lead recruiting, coaching, and bi-annual performance reviews.
• Deliver store meetings, safety, and policy communications.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
• Address team concerns and take corrective actions when needed.
• Promote product knowledge and customer service excellence.
