Sprouts Farmers Market in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy choices and lead one of the store's busiest teams. You will assist in managing the department, supervising the Grocery team, and ensuring product quality and inventory controls daily.

You will hire, train and develop staff, coordinate merchandising plans, and drive sales while maintaining company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven leadership to motivate and supervise staff.
• Detail-oriented with planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and goal setting.
• Help lead a team that delivers high quality products and customer service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of the Grocery Team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
