Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to help customers make healthy choices while leading one of the store's busiest teams. You will support the Grocery Manager in managing staffing, merchandising, and operations to drive productivity and profits.

Responsibilities include supervising the Grocery team, coordinating inventory and orders, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines, while fostering an energetic and customer-centric store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with team motivation capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grocery Manager in department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and Grocery team supervision.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction and goal setting.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Grocery Team.
