Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Grocery Manager to lead several departments including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food and Beer/Wine. You will ensure product freshness, manage schedules, and coach team members to deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have 1 year managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with customer focus
• Proven leadership ability to motivate staff
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
• Food Safety certification and compliance with regulations
• Able to manage multiple tasks and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of multiple departments (Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, Beer/Wine).
• Ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation with date controls.
• Control labor costs and reduce loss due to shrink and pilferage.
• Support inventory counts and verify deliveries against invoices.
• Manage ordering, sanitation, and department safety, with staff coaching.
• Lead recruitment, promotions, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Set schedules to maximize productivity and communicate standards to the team.
