Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Grocery Manager to oversee the sales and operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food, and Beer/Wine departments.

You will lead teams, manage scheduling, training, and performance reviews, while ensuring fresh, safe, and quality products and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store.

This full-time on-site role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of driving profitability and shrink reduction.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience managing a department or team in a multi-department retail operation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to take and give direction in a team environment.
• Proven leadership to motivate and maintain staff, and to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of multiple departments including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food and Beer/Wine.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, sanitation, safety and back-room inventory to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Coach team members, conduct performance reviews and support merit-based promotions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring decisions and maintain high customer service standards.
