Job summary

ALDI USA in Alabama offers a District Manager Internship that gives hands-on exposure to store operations and multi-million dollar decisions. You’ll shadow a store manager, learn functional roles from the inside, and prepare presentations and reports for ALDI executives across the Gulf Coast region to Tallahassee.

The 10-week, full-time program pays $28 per hour with overtime eligibility, and successful interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after graduation through our

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured internship environment.
• Shadow a store manager to understand store operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn operations and reporting.
• Prepare a presentation and a report for ALDI executives.
• Assist trainer with payroll, invoices, interviews and orientations.
• Assist with inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
• Develop subject matter knowledge with the assigned team.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain professionalism and meet objectives on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
