Job summary

ALDI USA in Florida is seeking enthusiastic students for its District Manager Internship. You’ll gain real-world experience by working hands-on with district managers, shadowing operations, and learning how multi-million dollar stores are run.

The program runs 10 weeks and pays $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility. During the internship you’ll assist with payroll, inventories, interviews and orientations, prepare presentations, and contribute to store resets.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn core operations and prepares a presentation and report for ALDI executives.
• Assists trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification, invoices, interviews and orientations.
• Participates in inventory, store resets and potential grand openings.
• Develops subject matter knowledge with assigned team and attends trainings.
• Maintains professionalism and adheres to company guidelines and objectives.
