Guest Services is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare, cook, and serve grill items, coordinating with the Executive Chef on daily and special menus. The role involves setting up, restocking, breaking down the grill, and ensuring timely production of meals and specials.

Responsibilities include following recipes, operating hot slide equipment, maintaining records, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, and break down the grill station.
• Daily production of meals and menu specials.
• Prepare daily specials, hot sandwich production, and sides for service.
• Follow recipes and chef directions for grilling meats, vegetables, and more.
• Operate kitchen equipment to measure, mix, and prep ingredients; report malfunctions.
• Estimate production needs and maintain records for planning.
• Maintain cleanliness of grill prep and production areas.
• Keep temperature logs and signage for the grill station.
• Identify safety issues and inform the supervisor.
