Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and cook meats, vegetables, and grilled items.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation.
• Keep temperature logs; ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist with portion control and daily production planning.
