Responsibilities

• Set up, restock, and break down the grill.
• Daily production of meal items and daily menu specials.
• Prepare daily specials, hot sandwich production, and sides for service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for grilling meats and vegetables.
• Operate kitchen equipment, measure ingredients, and maintain sanitation.
• Estimate production requirements and keep production records.
• Maintain temperature logs and signage for the grill station.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Clean grill area and utensils.
