Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on residential properties.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Finish make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory and notify supervisor when reorders are needed.
• Document service work promptly and accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities as assigned.
• Assist in cost-saving by using parts wisely and not wasting materials.
