Protecht Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the GRC segment to join our NA team. You will be the first contact with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting up demonstrations to showcaseProtecht.ERM, our cloud-based risk management SaaS.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with sales and cross-functional teams, while building strong customer relationships and driving engagement across outbound and inbound channels.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in sales experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting via calls, emails and social media.
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and schedule product demonstrations.

Aufgaben

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads via outbound and inbound channels.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Track and analyze data to source leads and opportunities.
• Manage multiple systems and assist with CRM workflows.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to bridge to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities through competitive research and market intel.
• Assist with process improvements and CRM usage.
