Caesars Entertainment, operator of Silver Legacy, is seeking a Front Desk Shift Manager for the graveyard shift in Reno, NV. You will supervise front desk clerks, handle guest issues, assist with VIP arrivals, and ensure smooth nightly operations across the front office, while coordinating with other departments and maintaining PCI compliance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and may involve shift flexibility, including nights and holidays.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to perform basic math functions; use ten-key and computer equipment; supervise and guide staff towards daily goals and objectives; maintain effective working relationships with staff; deal effectively with the public; work flexible hours.
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the front desk clerks and rack clerks.
• Perform pre-shift briefings for all front desk personnel.
• Handle guest complaints and problems.
• Assist with group and VIP arrivals/departures.
• Review and make scheduling recommendations.
• Liaise between front office departments for guest requests.
• Monitor rooms available and guest placement.
• Train new and existing front desk clerks.
• Answer phone calls and input work orders into Maximo for engineering and housekeeping requests.
• Ensure front desk area is neat and fully stocked at end of shift.
