Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory in pit or dealing

• Excellent organizational skills required
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Knowledge of Casino games and operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of computer software to include MS Word, Excel
• General Office Experience Preferred

• Supervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift with emphasis on guest service and guest experience
• Directs assignment of pit personnel and maintains proper table inventories
• Enforces casino rules and regulations for pit games and responds to guest disputes
• Manages card/dice handling and reviews them for irregularities
• Maintains adherence to Title 31 regulation and proper inventory controls
• Performs miscellaneous duties related to the floor and events as assigned
