Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a graveyard Slot Operations Supervisor to lead the team on the graveyard shift. You will guide staff in guest service, handle daily reporting and Title 31 paperwork, and take ownership of your shift while solving problems as they arise.

You will monitor all departments on the shift, promote guest development, maintain service standards, and train attendants and supervisors on policy and internal controls. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory or Management position.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with casino operations and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Monitors departments on an assigned shift to ensure guest service.
• Promotes guest development and improves player and employee satisfaction.
• Maintains high standard of customer service in Slot operations.
• Trains Attendants and Supervisors on policy, procedures and controls.
• Witnesses and verifies jackpot amounts and wallet counts.
• Manages hiring, promotions, training, and staffing decisions.
• Owns shift and handles problems as they arise.
