Job summary

Americans for Prosperity is seeking a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify, recruit, and mobilize grassroots leaders in the Fox Valley and Green Bay areas, driving policy reforms and expanding AFP's local network.

You will organize events, train volunteers, oversee part-time canvassing contractors, and keep activists engaged while aligning with AFP's principled Stand Together values.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.
• Ability to recruit and coordinate volunteers for canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Fox Valley/Green Bay who can lead locally.
• Equip leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public and educate on policy issues.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
