Job summary

Stand Together, through its Americans for Prosperity division, seeks a Regional Field Manager in Wisconsin (Fox Valley or Green Bay). The role recruits and mobilizes grassroots leaders, organizes events, and coordinates volunteers to advance AFP policy priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Fox Valley or Green Bay who can become community leaders.
• Recruit and engage grassroots leaders to mobilize action on AFP priorities.
• Organize events and train volunteers to educate the public on policy issues.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including scheduling and compliance.
• Build relationships quickly with diverse communities and maintain a team-based approach.
• Travel across Wisconsin to meet people and coordinate volunteer activities.
