Job summary

Americans for Prosperity, part of the Stand Together philanthropic community, is seeking a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify, recruit and mobilize grassroots leaders in Fox Valley or Green Bay, driving policy reforms and engaging communities.

You will organize events, train local leaders, and coordinate volunteers while maintaining regular contact to motivate participants and ensure program success. Significant travel across Wisconsin is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy or campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and recruit leaders in Fox Valley or Green Bay.
• Organize events and mobilize volunteers to educate communities.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists informed, motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance and best practices.
