Job summary

Stand Together, via Americans for Prosperity in Wisconsin, seeks a Regional Field Manager to identify and mobilize grassroots leaders across Eau Claire and NW Wisconsin, driving policy reforms aligned with AFP principles.

You will recruit, train, and manage volunteers, organize neighborhood outreach, and coordinate events while maintaining regular contact with activists and AFP staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and potential leaders across WI and motivate them to act.
• Equip activists with AFP resources and training.
• Organize events and outreach to educate the public on policy issues.
