Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is seeking a Regional Field Manager to recruit and engage grassroots leaders in Green Bay or Fox Valley, Wisconsin. You will mobilize activists to drive policy reforms and open opportunities for all.

You will organize events, train local leaders, manage canvassing contractors, and travel as needed to build a broad and active network aligned with AFP principles and Stand Together's vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in various parts of the state and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and door-to-door outreach.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, ensuring compliance with laws and best practices.
• Travel across the state to meet with people as needed.
• Support Stand Together's mission and cultivate a culture of transformation and innovation.
