Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify, recruit, and mobilize grassroots leaders across Green Bay or Fox Valley, and drive policy reforms that benefit Wisconsinites. You will organize events, train activists, and connect people to AFP resources while traveling across the state.

This role requires flexibility, strong relationship skills, and a drive to engage communities in person and online.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in the state who could become local leaders and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders to advocate for AFP principles using AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public through phone, social media, and in-person outreach; create innovative outreach ideas.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including time management, compliance, and best practices
