Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) seeks a Regional Field Manager to identify and mobilize grassroots leaders in Wausau and North Central Wisconsin. You will engage communities, organize events, and drive policy reforms aligned with AFP principles.

You will train and support local leaders, coordinate activities with AFP staff, and supervise part-time canvassing contractors while ensuring compliance and impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and ability to build relationships quickly with people from diverse communities.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation and objective-driven work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and activities.
• Team player who works well with AFP staff and activists.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit grassroots leaders in Wausau or North Central WI.

• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including time management and compliance.
