Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of refugee or immigrant-related services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervising staff.
• Experience in a resettlement agency or nonprofit sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery by managing day-to-day activities and monitoring quality.
• Assist with training, reporting, compliance, and data analysis.
• Develop learning resources and online content focused on refugee resettlement in the U.S.
• Support grants management and program reporting.
