Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Officer - Grants & Communications to support refugee resettlement initiatives in the United States. You will coordinate program activities, manage grant reporting, and oversee digital content across websites and social media.

The role blends nonprofit program management with communications, requiring collaboration with partners, funders, and internal teams. Hybrid work and a grant-funded position ending Sept 2027 are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, sociology, psychology, public administration, public health, or related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in refugee- or immigrant-related services.
• At least two years of demonstrated staff supervision experience.
• Experience with a local resettlement affiliate or the national office is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills for reports, proposals, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and assist with grant compliance and reporting.
• Develop and curate program tools, training materials, and learning resources.
• Maintain program trackers and data collection for funder reports.
• Manage digital learning resources, websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Represent the organization at conferences and with donors and partners.
• Supervise interns and coordinate training through webinars, e-learning, and in-person sessions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and improvements.
