Job summary

Church World Service, Inc. is seeking a Program Officer for Grants and Reporting Compliance to support resettlement and integration services for refugee populations, primarily through MG and PC programs across the CWS network. This role emphasizes monitoring, data analysis, and timely reporting.

The position requires collaboration, strong writing, and ability to develop tools, training, and proposals. Hybrid or in-office work, some travel, and grant-funded term ending September 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, sociology, psychology, public administration, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years experience in refugee or immigrant-related services.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program policies and update staff on changes.
• Support data collection and reporting for grants and programs.
• Assist in proposal development and narrative reporting to funders.
• Provide training and technical assistance to partners and staff.
• Represent CWS at meetings and conferences as needed.
