Job summary

CWS is seeking a Program Manager to support refugee resettlement programs, overseeing day-to-day activities, monitoring quality, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will help design learning resources, supervise interns, coordinate with partners and donors, and contribute to grants management, reporting, and program improvements. This grant-funded role involves collaborative, cross-cultural work with occasional travel and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in refugee or immigrant-related services and 2+ years supervising staff.
• Strong writing, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Program management: maintain up-to-date program knowledge and ensure quality and timely documentation.
• Develop tools, resources, and trainings; monitor implementation and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, partners, and donors; support grants management and reporting.
