Guardians of Honor seeks an experienced Grants Data Analyst to support our Office of Head Start client in the OHS Southwest Regional Office. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and system coordination to improve grant performance.

You will develop databases, dashboards, and data workflows, integrating information from multiple sources and presenting findings to steer decisions and improvements. On-site in Dallas, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of grants management or related data roles.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvement.
• Maintain grants management databases and oversee data quality.
• Create dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.
• Translate complex data into visual stories for diverse audiences.
• Lead data collection, validation, and analysis across sources.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for decision-making and continuous improvement.
