Job summary

Guardians of Honor Future Work seeks an experienced grants management data analyst to lead data collection, reporting, and visualization tasks for our Office of Head Start client in a federally funded environment. You will integrate data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and provide high-quality analyses to inform decision-making and process improvements.

You will develop databases, support IT infrastructure, and produce reports and presentations tailored to executives and program staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop databases, reports, and tools to support efficiencies and process improvement; maintain grants management databases.
• Oversee maintenance of data, databases, and systems.
• Develop, design, and maintain databases across platforms (Excel, Smartsheet, Python, R, SQL, GIS, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics).
• Prepare and maintain project folders with artifacts and deliverables.
• Develop reports and presentations on analytical findings for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex data into visual stories; create engaging data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Canva, Google Data Studio).
• Create trainings on database functionality for colleagues and grant recipients.
• Stay updated on technology and best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead coordination for data storage, validation, and analysis to support project goals.
• Test systems, run test scenarios, and document/remediate issues.
• Support pre- and post-award grants management activities and related tasks.
