Job summary

CWS Durham is seeking a Program Officer for Grants and Reporting Compliance to support high-quality resettlement and integration services for refugee populations, primarily through the Matching Grant (MG) and Preferred Communities (PC) programs across the affiliate network.

The role focuses on monitoring, grant and reporting compliance, data analysis, training, and proposal and report writing; collaboration within a team and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in refugee or immigrant-related services.
• Experience in social services or nonprofit sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze narrative and data reports for funders.
• Ensure policy compliance and assist in developing procedures and training.
• Contribute to proposals and required program reporting.
• Identify program trends and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with partners and manage stakeholder communications.
