Job summary

Church World Service seeks a Program Officer for Grants & Reporting Compliance to support resettlement and integration programs, including MG and PC portfolios. You will monitor grants, ensure reporting compliance, analyze data, and provide training and technical assistance across the affiliate network.

The role requires 5+ years in refugee-related services, strong writing and collaboration skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, sociology, psychology, public administration, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in refugee or immigrant-related services, including resettlement or nonprofit work.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills; ability to work with partners and teams.
• Experience with grant reporting, compliance, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Program Monitoring and Oversight: keep program policies and manuals up-to-date and monitor implementation.
• Support development and maintenance of tools, resources, and training on program themes.
• Represent CWS at conferences, meetings, and with funders/partners; assist with reporting and data collection.
• Analyze funding guidelines for compliance; contribute to policy/procedure updates and training materials.
• Contribute to proposal development and required program reporting, including data narration.
• Review narratives and data to identify trends and improvements; support program development.
• Develops relationships with providers and community partners to meet program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
