Job summary

Church World Service, Inc. is seeking a program-focused professional to manage day-to-day activities, monitor quality, and maintain documentation for refugee resettlement programs in the U.S. The role includes training, reporting, compliance, and engaging with partners and stakeholders.

The position emphasizes learning resource design, online content development, and data analysis to strengthen program outcomes. Hybrid work options may apply, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, sociology, psychology, public administration, public health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in refugee or immigrant-related services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff.
• Experience in a local resettlement affiliate or national office preferred.
• Experience in social services or nonprofit sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date self-education about programs and inform colleagues as appropriate.
• Review program policies, forms, and manuals to stay current.
• Develop and curate tools, resources, and trainings on program themes.
• Monitor program quality and ensure timely documentation and fulfillment.
• Represent CWS at conferences, meetings, and with stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting/data collection for program reports and responses to proposals.
• Provide needs-based technical assistance via various learning formats.
