Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least two years of progressive experience in resettlement, humanitarian services, nonprofit program management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of progressive, relevant work experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and computer skills with ability to prepare clear reports and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal Field Office Director with program planning, implementation, and priorities.
• Coordinate across programs for consistent processes, timelines, and service delivery.
• Assist with monitoring activities, file reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Develop guidance, tools, and training materials for staff and partners.
• Assist with grant proposals, continuation applications, and funding-related activities.
