Job summary

Scoular in Pratt, Kansas is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team and contribute to creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. You will safely load and unload grain, operate heavy equipment, and manage grain storage while ensuring a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs multiple times per day.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain while assisting with weighing and grading.
• Operate heavy equipment like loaders and rail car movers.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to support operations.

Skills

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays
